Pacific Business Connection is a corporate travel program for frequent business travelers to Hawaii and Guam. This non-fee program offers members preferred rates on accommodations, enhanced guest services and amenities, access to business centers and meeting facilities at select hotels, and dedicated reservation agents.

Program Requirements
- 25 Paid Room Nights Annually: A minimum of 25 paid room nights maintains membership and active status
- Authorized Company Representative: Reservations must be made by an authorized company representative
- Payment: Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay and must pay in full at check-out unless other arrangements are made by an authorized company representative
- Cancellation: A member company will not be charged if a cancellation is received prior to noon Hawaii Standard Time on the scheduled arrival date
- Credit Card Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation
- Non-Commissionable: Pacific Business Connection rates are not commissionable to travel agents
