Room Rates:
Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for two persons. Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Family Plan:
No additional charge for children 17 years and younger sharing accommodations with parents in existing beds. No additional charge for children up to two years in crib.

Additional Persons:
50 USD per night will be charged for each additional person 18 years or older sharing a room in excess of two persons.

Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacity is four persons.

Minimum Night Stay:
None

Taxes:
Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 8.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Transient Accommodations Tax increases to 9.25% on July 1, 2010. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Deposit Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a vaild credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A credit card is not charged until check-out. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate plus tax.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in 3 pm
Check-out 12 noon
Late check-out is subject to charge.
